The health and safety of our customers and our team is Garden of Alice’s number one priority. Our team members that work in our warehouses are screened every day when they arrive for their shifts. We’ve also established a dedicated team to help sanitize surfaces and high traffic areas regularly. And we routinely have meetings with our team members to make sure we’re all following social distancing guidelines in our warehouses and offices. Our team members all wear gloves and masks in our warehouses, and they take special care to package your items to protect them during shipping. You can rest assured that your products are well protected and are handled with the care they deserve.

Are there any delays with my shipment?

Our warehouses are operating normally. However your shipments may experience delays with FedEx and UPS services. Our logistics team is monitoring the situation and you will be notified of any developments that we receive from the carriers. Please refer to My Orders page for the most up to date information about the status of your shipment.
